CULINARY INSTITUTE OFFERS WINE IMMERSION PROGRAM

It's no secret that the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) trains the world's best chefs, and over the past few years it's becoming less of a secret that the CIA is also training the world's best wine professionals.

On July 30, 2012 the next Wine Immersion intensive begins at CIA's Greystone campus in St. Helena, California.  This 4-week program (Wine Immersion I) provides the foundation for a successful career in wine service or sales.

Although perfect for aspiring wine professionals, Wine Immersion I is also the ideal course for those needing professional level knowledge and skill to successfully operate, oversee, or manage the wine portion of their business (including chefs, restaurant owners and managers, retailers and others in the wine trade).

Visit CIA's web site for additional information: http://www.ciaprochef.com/winestudies/professionals/immersion.html

We look forward to seeing you (or members of your staff) at Greystone this summer!
