Enter your Original Recipe and you could win a Dream Getaway, plus a two-page spread in Santé Magazine
Once again, Roth Cheese is offering one talented chef a chance to win a trip, worth $10,000, to his or her dream destination, as well as a two-page spread in Santé Magazine.
Open to professional chefs all over the country, entering the recipe contest is simple, but the time to do so is running out!
To enter, click on the Recipe Contest tab on Facebook, "Like" the Cheese 4 Chefs Facebook page and upload your recipe and a photo of the finished plate and complete the Grand Cru® Getaway entry form. And don't forget to call out the type of Roth Grand Cru® Gruyere used in the recipe (Original, Reserve, Surchoix).
All entries will be judged on creativity, novelty, unique application and flavor. The entry deadline is December 31, 2012.
