5 Over-The-Top Bloody Marys

In Denver, Kachina Southwestern Grill offers a Bullseye Bloody Mary Bar, inviting guests to build a bloody themselves by selecting from a plethora of interesting  bar offerings including pepper-infused tequila, pickled cactus, shrimp escabeche, ancho bacon stir sticks, and jalapeno salt. Guests are even encouraged to bring their own hot sauce to add to Kachina’s extensive collection.
 
Public Kitchen & Bar in Hollywood launched a new Bloody Mary Bar offered during their Sunday Brunch service, available in conjunction with Karlsson’s Vodka. Guests can make selections from unique garnishes including quail egg, artichoke hearts, and jumbo shrimps.
 
In Chicago, Hash House A Go Go offers a Famous B.L.T. Mary that is half drink, half meal!  A chilled 20-ounce glass is coated with a bacon and salt rim and filled with House Mary mix and vodka, them trimmed with a fresh big tomato wheel, smoked bacon slice, rib of lettuce and white toast - no wonder it’s dubbed our “Nation’s Favorite Breakfast Appetizer!”
 
Denver’s The Corner Office is known for its infamous “Disco Brunch” on Sunday’s, when the staff (and guests!) are encouraged to wear 70’s era costumes while sampling on music-inspired dishes and the "I Will Survive" bottomless Bloody Mary Bar. Brunch goers can choose from an assortment of garnishes and toppings, including spicy rock shrimp, pickled jalapenos, shoestring fries, fried pork belly and chicharones.
 
Tortilla Republic in West Hollywood features a fun brunch Bloody Mary bar. The build-your-own bloody bar offers interesting additions from pickled carrots, jalapenos and green beans to Tortilla Republic’s own housemade carrot habanero hot sauce.
