Full bodied and opulent, with rich aromas of black currant, dark cherry, spicy oak, toast, and coffee notes. Layers of complex fruit on the palate, dominated by ripe black plum, cassis, and dark chocolate, and touches of earthy smoke, licorice, and baking spice. Wonderfully smooth on the long finish. Great wine.
