Creative Cocktails for Fall

The Cassis Bitter cocktail made with L’Héritier-Guyot Crème de Cassis has the juicy, autumnal flavor of cranberry and blackcurrant that is perfect to pair with your favorite autumn harvest cake, chocolates studded with nuts and dried berries, or as an after-dinner meditation drink.

CASSIS BITTER
Ingredients:
1 oz L’Héritier-Guyot Crème de Cassis de Dijon
1 ¾ oz Cranberry nectar
A dash of Lemon bitter

In an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice, pour 1 ¾ oz cranberry nectar, a dash of lemon bitter, and then 1 oz L’Héritier-Guyot Crème de Cassis de Dijon.
