Creative Cocktails for Fall

Pear Pumpkin Pie Cocktail…the name says it all. This cocktail made with Belle de Brillet Pear Liqueur is a cozy fireside treat, the perfect cocktail to enjoy with—what else?—a slice of pie. It’s also the best way to cap off a day spent picking apples or choosing your pumpkin from the pumpkin patch. 

PEAR PUMPKIN PIE

Ingredients:
1.5 oz. Belle de Brillet 
1 oz. bourbon (or VSOP cognac) 
1.5 oz. iced rooibos tea
0.5 oz. freshly-squeezed lemon juice
0.5 oz. ginger syrup 
1/2 egg white
rosemary, pumpkin pie spice.  

Combine Belle de Brillet, bourbon (or VSOP cognac), rooibos tea (infused beforehand and chilled), lemon juice, ginger syrup, egg-white, and a sprig of rosemary in the cocktail shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake until outside of shaker becomes frosty. Strain mixture into prepared glasses. Garnish with a fresh rosemary sprig and pumpkin pie spices.
